[S3E5] The List
Shortly after the execution, Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) investigate the prison after a guard is mysteriously found dead in Neech's cell. The agents meet the prison's warden, Brodeur (J. T. Walsh), who believes that Neech planned the guard's murder with someone on the outside before the execution. John Speranza, another inmate, believes that Neech has returned. When Scully explores the prison's showers, she meets another guard named Vincent Parmelly (Ken Foree). He claims that another prisoner, Roque (Bokeem Woodbine), is keeping a list of the remaining four victims.

Later, the head of another guard, Fornier, is found inside a paint can. An examination of the head shows the premature appearance of larvae. The prison coroner tells Scully that the first guard's lungs were completely infested with the larvae, belonging to the green bottle fly. Meanwhile, Mulder talks to Roque, who wants a transfer out of the prison in exchange for revealing the remaining three people on the list, but Brodeur refuses to let this happen. Brodeur later finds Fornier's headless body in his office. While searching Neech's cell, Mulder discovers evidence of his obsession with reincarnation. The agents talk to Neech's fearful widow, Danielle Manley (April Grace), who is secretly seeing Parmelly. Roque is brought to the showers, where he is beaten to death by Brodeur after revealing he is the fifth person on the list.
Brodeur puts the prison under lockdown and tells Mulder that Neech had a violent history with all three victims. Mulder believes that Neech came back for revenge against the guards, but doubts that Roque was on the list. He requests that he be provided with the name of Neech's executioner, who turns out to be a volunteer named Perry Simon. The agents arrive at Simon's home to discover his decomposing body in the attic. Mulder confronts Speranza about the list, but Speranza only tells him that Roque was not on it. He claims to have seen Neech "big as life" outside of his cell. Based on phone records, Scully theorizes that Neech's lawyer, Danny Charez, may have engineered the murders with Speranza. The agents interview Charez, who tells them about Danielle's relationship with Parmelly; after they leave, Charez is suffocated by a resurrected Neech.
Napoleon "Neech" Manley (Badja Djola), a death row inmate at a Floridian prison, is brought to the electric chair. Before he is executed, Neech proclaims that he will be reincarnated and avenge himself against five men who tormented him in prison. Shortly after the execution, Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) are brought in to investigate when a prison guard is mysteriously found dead in Neech's cell. The agents meet the prison's warden, Leo Brodeur (J.T. Walsh), who believes that Neech planned the guard's murder with someone on the outside before the execution. John Speranza, another inmate, believes that Neech has returned. When Scully explores the prison's showers, she meets another guard named Vincent Parmelly. He claims that another prisoner, Roque, is keeping a list of the remaining four victims. Later, the head of another guard, Fornier, is found inside a paint can. An examination of the head shows the premature appearance of larvae. The prison coroner tells Scully that the first guard's lungs were completely infested with the larvae, belonging to the green bottle fly. Meanwhile, Mulder talks to Roque, who wants a transfer out of the prison in exchange for revealing the remaining three people on the list. Brodeur later finds Fornier's headless body in his office. While searching Neech's cell, Mulder discovers evidence of his obsession with reincarnation. Scully, of course, is skeptical. They later talk to Neech's fearful widow, Danielle Manley, who is secretly seeing Parmelly. Roque is brought to the showers, where he is beaten to death by Brodeur after revealing he is the fifth person on the list.

"The One With Frank Jr." is the fifth episode of the third season of Friends, which aired on NBC on October 17, 1996. Phoebe invites her half-brother Frank Jr. to visit. Ross makes a list of famous women he'd like to date.
The gang discusses which five celebrities they would put on their "list" of people they're allowed to sleep with and their significant other can't get mad. While the others quickly rattle off names (except Monica, who explains she needs a boyfriend first before she can have a list), Ross puts serious thought into his. Eventually, after a suggestion from Chandler, he bumps off the list Isabella Rossellini who is out of the country most of the time, for Winona Ryder who is "more local". He prints up and even laminates his list, only to run into Isabella at the coffee house. Rachel lets him flirt with Isabella anyway, which naturally ends in comical rejection from her.
Here goes. In this episode, Sybil delivers her baby against the backdrop of some doctorly disagreement, before, hours later, succumbing to eclampsia and, incredibly, dying. I must say that I found this development profoundly surprising, mostly because she seems like such an odd character to kill off and because I had no prior notion that it was going to happen. While I fear that much from this third series has been spoiled by anyone who ever reads things about TV on the internet (which, by definition, includes you), I can attest to the fact that, for an unspoiled viewer, this was a shocking and momentous episode. Honestly, this is all so dark that, like a character in Glee spontaneously breaking into song, I feel compelled to break into a list. You know, to lighten the mood a little.
In the crew mess, Captain Glenn discusses the wants and needs of the incoming charter guests with Daisy, Marcos, and Gary. As they debrief, Gabriela huffs over Ashley's inability to maintain uniformity with her hospital corners in the guest cabins. After Gabriela asks Ashley to complete the items she's laid out in a list, Ashley complains to Daisy who refuses to accept Ashley's B.S., saying once she's second or chief stew, she'll be able to delegate as she pleases.
Sybil is in bed experiencing labor pains. Dr. Clarkson examines her and declares that she is in good health. Robert has decided to call in a specialist, Sir Philip Tapsel, from London to oversee Sybil's impending delivery. Meanwhile, downstairs the help is talking about the coming baby and Mr. Carson orders everyone to be quiet upstairs so as not to disturb Sybil.

Abstract: This Article analyses the case law of the courts of England and Wales since the introduction of the UKUDR in August 1989, the implementation of the Design Directive in October 2001, and the coming into force of the Design Regulation in March 2002. To this effect, two tables of the decisions were compiled, one listing the UKUDR decisions and the other, the decisions relating to the UKRDR, the CRDR, and the CUDR. The tables can be found in the appendices at the end of this Article. The tables list the name of the parties, the type of design, the date of the decision, the court and the judge(s) who handed down the decision, and whether or not the decision was reported. The tables do not make a comparison of all aspects of the rights as may have been discussed in the cases, but instead only list whether the design was found valid and/or infringed. The list of cases is complete as of November 1, 2012, to the best of my knowledge, but does not include any unreported cases not included one way or another in the legal databases. 041b061a72
